Cedarwood helps to find ones footing and figure out what to do next and orange gives a little lift and feeling of lightness; it's the calm after the storm.
The Intention candle is topped with roses for acknowledgement & memory, salt for purity & cleansing and a hand picked and charged piece of amethyst. We chose amethyst as it is the most beneficial to the grieving process. It is said to clear negative energy, protects the grieving person from unwanted entities that can attach themselves during times of grief and releases anger, rage and fear (all normal parts of the grieving process.) It relieves stress and anxiety and rids the body of negative emotions. It's a wonderful support stone. I suggest removing it before lighting and keeping it close to the heart chakra. You may even take it with you and hold it in times of stress.

Candle tip: when lighting the wood wick for the first time, pour a bit of the wax out to create a slight dip. Candle will have no problem staying lit after doing this.
