Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below for both physical and digital items:

 

Physical Items:

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

 Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.

Returns are processed in the original form of payment.

  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If buyer qualified for free shipping, the amount seller paid to ship the item will be deducted from the refund total.

 Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and the new item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

 Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will arrange for a return label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference and stock availability.

 

Digital Items:

Returns:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final once the item has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical issues or defects with the digital item, within 7 days of purchase.

Evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or error messages, may be required for refund eligibility.
