We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Returns and Exchange Details

  • We are not happy, unless you're happy! Please contact us directly within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We are open to refunds based on each separate case.
  • You can cancel your order up to 24 hours from when your order is placed
  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If buyer qualified for free shipping, the amount seller paid to ship the item will be deducted from the refund total
  • If items arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Photos are required to be received before replacements can be mailed out.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship most of our items via USPS from 2-7 day shipping zones all across the world. If your item is heavier than 10-15lbs, we might ship it out via FedEx or UPS.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details see individual items. All items are carefully packaged and shipped in a timely manner.

Please double check the address on your order before it is placed as any errors on the customer end will require the customer to accept any additional charges to re-route or update the shipping label if during transit.

Please note that any change to address MUST be submitted to us within 48 hours of placing your order to avoid any of these potential charges

We ship all across the United States and to most International destinations. If you are having problems receiving shipping quotes outside of the United States or want a custom quote for a large order, please contact us.
