Physical Products:

Processing Time:

Orders for physical products are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.  Personalized items need extra time and care and therefore may need additional time to prepare.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx from 2-7 day ship zones for domestic orders within the United States.  International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees and longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders may take 1-3 weeks for delivery, depending on customs processing times and the destination country.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided for all orders shipped with a tracking service. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please double check the address on your order before it is placed as any errors on the customer end will require the customer to accept any additional charges to re-route or update the shipping label if during transit.

Please note that any change to address MUST be submitted to us within 48 hours of placing your order to avoid any of these potential charges.

Digital products are delivered instantly via email or direct download link upon completion of your purchase.

No Shipping Fees:

Since digital products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping fees associated with these purchases.

Download Access:

Your digital products will be available for download immediately after purchase. You will also receive an email with download instructions for future reference.

 

We ship all across the United States and to most International destinations.  If you are having problems receiving shipping quotes outside of the United States or want a custom quote for a large order, please contact us.
